On Ben More of Mull - NW over Loch na Keal. 10am, 11/4/82
A'Chioch from Ben More. 9pm, 01/08/98 ~ A weekend trip to Mull. For reasons too tedious to recount, I set off up the hill from the Loch Scridain road exactly 4 hours later than intended, about 7pm, and it was a grim sweaty slog to get to the top before sunset. Billows of cloud were rising from the low ground and pouring over the cols, but pressure was high enough to keep a lid on things and I enjoyed a fine clear night just NW of the cairn. Over a'Chioch and Beinn Fhada the next day, down to Loch Ba and a few miles of road walking to Salen and the bus back to Craignure.
